wednesday

Breakfast: fiber poptarts, some blueberry pancakes, banana, milk (everyone ate well
Lunch: baked ziti (homeade!), pb crackers, grapes, milk (everyone but Landon ate excellent all got seconds!)
Good day! We played outside for a while this morning and ran around. (Paige got so dirty from crawling around sorry, she gets mad when I put her in the exersaucer for too long, can't wait till she's walking (if you have some very old/not good pants I can put them on her for just outside and keep them here and wash for you!) Thomas taught himself how to use the tee ball set (actually hit the ball off with the bat)
School: Today we did the weather, the day/month we also made predictions for tomorrow's weather (Bryce thinks it's going to be sunny again! ) I passed around a letter A cut out and all the kids traced it with their fingers (Paige and Thomas loved it when I helped them trace it!) The big boys did it themselves. We then went on an "A" hunt and found things that start with A. Next we learned about vines and did a vine craft with different items that are Green. Babies had fun stamping with their hands down paper on glue. We also talked about bugs and how you can find them on vines (kids stuck bug stickers on their vines. The big boys strung the leaves onto a brown "vine" and did a great job. Later we read our "Rainforest" book of the month. The kids loved looking at the bright pictures and talking about the animals/colors. We closed with singing our "Rainforest song" and learned a new "Bug" song (they are getting quite good at the motions too!)
Thomas was interested in the potty today so I showed him how to sit on it. Paige is talking up a storm. Hayden and Bryce were having some difficulties cooperating today. They both got a pretty big time out (outside) they were not happy with me, finally when they cooled off they both apologized to each other. Hopefully with Bryce's school starting next week, the time away from each other will be good for them.
No reminders, Have a great day!
