Friday

 It was a good morning!  All boys today.   Bus pick up went well and then me and the 3 little boys went to the grocery store for a quick trip.  Came home just in time for the weather to clear up so we could go outside finally this week!  We were out for over an hour and a half and had lots of fun.  As you can see Mr. Oliver picked a tomato and enjoyed carrying it around and nibbling on it outside.  We also swung and played on scooters.  Then I got out the water paints and we painted for a while.  The littlest ones enjoyed the water more than the paints.  Both Kobe and Oliver needed a change of clothes after playing outside today.

Elliott is doing well with the potty today.  Both him and O ate lots today (E even more than usual)  must be growing.

Oliver had 2 big poops today.

Everyone will be down for naps by 1 today

We practiced our ABC's and 123's

Thursday

 Oh boy Poor Alexa she looks like she was in a punching match!  Her face is getting worse as the day moves along!  She was walking fast from the play room to the kitchen and tripped and flew (and I mean flew) into my kitchen tables leg!  Thought it was just her eyebrow/cheek area but now a few hours later the most darkest bruise is on her chin/neck which I have no clue as to how she got that the way I saw her hurt herself.....  weird.  She cried for quit a bit so I held her and gave her her blankie and nuk.  Well actually she found her clean nuk I just got out of the dishwasher and put it in.  Poor thing was emotional for the first part of the morning but now that I see her battle wounds I get it.  She cried a lot and got frustrated like when she couldn't push the baby stroller over a toy.  She had lunch (still wasn't herself) but ever since has been fine.  She's playing and is happy and giggling. 

Stayed inside all morning due to the rain.  We did counting today and animal sounds.  Sang our ABCS and old mcDonald's Farm songs.

Syd napped from 9-10 and had a big #2.  Ate a good lunch

All wee ones had mac n cheese with squash and yogurt and fruit. 

Syd seemed a little fussy and warm probably from her flu shot so I gave her some motrin at 12:30ish and will give some to Alexa today too for her head.

Tristan hasn't eaten much all day.  Didn't touch his banana at both meals.  Basically had a half pop tart and yogurt all day here.... maybe also from his shot?? 

Lilly on the otherhand had a huge breakfast and ate every last bit (including a huge mango!)

Wednesday

 wowza kids gone wild today (well more like Boys gone wild!)  Alexa was quiet and low key.  The boys were crazy!  Mr. Oliver was a bully today, I even had to give him a time out.  So not acting like himself.  It's now a little past noon and he's yawning and rubbing his eyes so maybe he's sleepy??  Elliott had a bit of a rough start too.  He said they didn't nap yesterday... not sure if that's true but perhaps that's the reason.  They seemed to snap out of it mostly by the time we went outside to play around 10.

So we played inside early this morning after the bus came.  This is where I noticed the balwin boys just destroying the house and not playing with toys.  My kids get like this too at times.  So we had a little talk about getting a toy or game out and putting it back before getting another toy/game out.  We then cleaned up the disaster and then talked about parts of our face (eyes, mouth, teeth, ears, nose), talked about circles and did a circle activity. practiced making circles with our pointer fingers then talked about birds and eggs and nests.  Our craft today was making a bird bed.  We talked about what makes up a nest and how feathers feel.

After this we went outside for over an hour.  It was a little cloudy but otherwise nice.  We swaug, played with water (funny how I've noticed Alexa stays dry now and my Kobe is a waterholic and is always in the water with his shoes on (must be the age)  The kids climbed and slid, ran up and down the hill.  Oliver dumped a huge container of bubbles all over the patio (totally fit right into his day, don't even know how he opened it)  I snuggled him and told him he was my hand full today (little stinker said yep!" 

Fed everyone lunch at 11:30.  They all ate well.  Alexa had chicken nuggets, grapes, and yogurts with her milk.  Elliott had pb sandwich with yogurt and pears.  Oliver had his special food with yogurt. 

Everyone had a poop today except Elliott but he's been doing well going pee on the potty.  Alexa got her finger stuck in a hole in the highchair.  I got it out right away but she cried a little and then of course tried it again !!!  Ughhhh silly girl! 

Elliott has a boo boo on his finger, said he had it before he got here but he scratched it open so it has a band aid on it.

Tuesday

 Good day!  Nothing to report.  Kids had a good day at school.  Syd took a 45 min nap.  Everyone ate well.  Kobe is starting to try to play with Syd which is so cute!  Syd is everywhere in the playroom  and is playing very nicely today!  Kids had pumpkin bread and bananas for breakfast and mac n cheese with fruit (mangos/cantelope /grapes and yogurt for lunch.

I had to laugh because Miss Shelli got LIlly out of school for me but I could drive her since Alexa wasn't here and she told Miss Shelli she isn't going to be naughty for her anymore (haha) 

Syd spent the later morning swingin outside.  The big boys played scooby doo outside until lunch. 

Ok off to change some stinky diapers!

Friday

 Beautiful day!!

Took the 3 little ones for a quick 30 minute grocery run.  We are getting to be pros at that~!!  Came home and played the rest of the morning outside!!  So nice out!  We swang, ran around.  The Baldwin boys were cracking me up pushing the cars up the hill and racing them down.  Although scared me a bit because they were really going fast!  Once E ran into a tree I said no more (ahhhhh boys, sooner or later some one is going to need stitches or a cast!!!)  Rode scooters, ran around chasing each other.    Got the water table out  however O decided to dump it after 5 minutes but my child had plenty of time to get soaking wet!

Lunch is up next followed by some play time inside!! 

I am only doing teaching "school time" for now on Wed until the weather gets yucky (then it'll be every day)  it's just too nice out not to be outside!!!

Oh and another giggle moment (E went over and dropped his pants by the trees to pee, little bro decided he needed to do the same!  haha so funny)  Monkey see Monkey do!

Thursday

 Beautiful outside again! :-)  Preschool/bus pick up/drop off went well.  Syd napped from 9-10.  Kobe and Alexa played inside during that time and we colored some and read books.  They were super good that I was able to go through my Halloween stock of crafts and ordered some more for this Fall!

We went outside from 10-11 and it was so nice out.  Syd swang the entire time.  The 1 year olds ran around, collected leaves (I can not wait until the leaves fall and they can jump in them!, they are going to love that this year!!!) They climbed up and down the slide and Alexa swung for a little too.  Mr. Kobe has been too busy lately to want to swing at all!  He runs around the yard like a crazy person laughing at himself (he is quite the sight!)

Lilly had a good day at school.  She was excited to show of her 2nd place ribbon!  The boys had a good day too

Lilly ate like crazy today for lunch:  a huge bowl of spagettios, pb and j sandwich, huge bowl of mangos, yogurt..... and she still said she was hungry!  I told her to drink a full glass of water (geesh!)  she must be getting ready to shoot up!

Everyone else ate well for both meals.  Little ones all had chicken nuggets with grapes and yogurts for lunch.  Big boys had pb and J!

Alexa needs milk for next week, and cereal, prune juice, and has about 8 more diapers left.  Lilly is either low or out of diapers I have to check my closet.

Syd had 2 poops, none for A

Wednesday!

 Wonderful day!!  Bus pick up went well.  Kids all ate a good breakfast.  Alexa had a big #2 and Oliver had 2!!!  Lots of messy diapers but happy and cleared out kids for naps! :-)

We spent the first hour of the morning in the basement!  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh do you see the mess!  Makes my skin crawl.  So While the kids played I cleaned up since I am finally feeling like my energetic self again! 

After that we did some "school time"  We talked about fall and what color leaves are and what colors they turn in the Fall.  We sang a leaf song and had the kids match leaves on a paper with leaf cut outs.  Then we talked more about our families and our houses.  Each child colored a house and we got to glue again!  Put some smiley stickers on it to represent everyone in our house.  We played peek-a-boo with the windows and doors then of course read a peek-a-boo book "where is puppy" 

Next we did our morning exercises and practiced counting 1-10 over and over again while listening and dancing to music! 

Came upstairs had a quick snack and drink and then went outside for an hour to play in this perfect weather!  Lots of swinging, running, and fun!!  Mr. Elliott got a time out for kicking Kobe (or tossing) out of the play car.

Came in and had lunch, everyone ate well again!  Alexa had chicken nuggets, Elliott had pb sandwhich with cheese, and everyone had fruit and yogurts.

Landon and E are upstairs playing legos now while me and the 1 year olds are in the playroom.  12:30 and everyone is still happy.  Looks like 1 will be nap time today!

Monday

 It was a good morning.  I wasn't feeling very well early today so we had a low key morning after school drop offs, and just went to the basement and played.  Everyone ate a good breakfast and Lunch!  Mr. Kyle got to take over childcare responsibilities for lunch time so I could go to an appt.  Came home and felt so much better and took the kiddos outside to play for a while.  Everyone was down for a later than normal nap around 1:15ish.

Syd pooped 2 times, none from Alexa.

Miss Lilly was attitude city this morning!  Ughhh big time drama, saying she was hungry and fussing every 10 minutes.  Had a few time outs for being mean to the wee ones.  I hope she sleeps it off...... only what 2 more months until she's 4??? haha  She kept asking for her mommy and I was just like, oh if only mommy was here! haha  She passed out in 5 minutes of hitting the bed!  Before I was even out of the room.

Lunch was mac n cheese (whole grain with carrots), yogurts, fruit (most had grapes)  Uncle Kyle said his little niece is a piggie!

I thinks that's about it.  I promise to do more educational activities the rest of the week!  Ughhhh felt weird all day yesterday and still was trying to kick it this morning.  I feel like it's gone so hoping it doesn't come back!
