Thursday

 It was a lazy morning!  YUCK it's so hot outside!  We went out from 8-9:15 and it was still so muggy.  The kids had fun though running around playing with the outdoor toys.  Syd was in her exersaucer outside so the kids were both entertained and entertaining her.  They rode loops around her in their scooters and toys.

The big kids had a blast at summer fun.  Mrs. Knisley was their teacher today since Mrs. B was on vacation.  they learned about bugs (fun fun!)

Syd took a am nap from 9:45-11:45 (cat napped in the car during drop off)  She ate cereal with pears for breakfast and woofed down her lunch of turkey, sweet potatoes, and peaches.  Has had a 6 oz bottle so far and 2 poops.

Alexa has had 2 poops today.  She ate both meals well (went back to the mac n cheese today since we haven't had it yet)

Alexa and Kobe played so well today.  They both seemed sleepy but were so pleasant.  I know Kobe was super tired, he fussed on and off until 11 last night after not napping well yesterday and getting up early today.  They both passed right out at noon today for their naps.  We colored sesame street papers and did stickers, we reviewed what we learned yesterday about monkeys.  We sang our songs and danced and did the weather.  Then I gave them some elmo bandaids (don't worry I took them off Alexa before nap, I didn't want her eating them!)  Her foot looks the same I put aqaufore on it before nap.  They just had so much fun running around the house.  I put new batteries in all the dead toys (Alexa of course helped and kept saying "battery battery" and then they acted like it was christmas playing with new toys so well.  Alexa's was the guitar (so cute when she says that!)
