Friday

It was a good morning! Alexa loved Lilly and they snuggled all morning with their stuffed animals. Alexa was a happy girl and we played in the play room and read lots of books and sang songs. She went down for a nap around 8:30 and took her bottle. She did fall asleep but didn't stay asleep long (pooped again!) 3rd time this week during her AM nap! So she might have slept for 30-60 minutes. She ate well for lunch. She wasn't digging the grilled cheese and the sweet potatoes (as you told me) came right back out her mouth. She ate her fruit and yogurt and I had some mac n cheese with veggies left over so she gobbled that right down.

She's been repeating a lot of words for me (so cute!) today. I ask her if she wants to go bed bye and she waves bye bye and says "bye bye" and says ba ba for bottle. She's been dancing a lot today and seems to love Aerosmith (totally having a great time during breakfast when the radio was on) Lots of clapping and giggles too!

So I could tell the AM nap wasn't long enough because she was a grump a lump around 11:30! I got her to stay up until 12:30 and then she went back down for a nap. She was chomping on her hands and drooling like a puppy (her shirt was soaked) so I rubbed some orajel on before her pm nap.

Still sleeping now an hour later, I'm going to the gym while Kyle listens for her on the monitor. I'll be back in an hour or if she wakes earlier than that but I'm hoping she naps a little longer :-)

Boys had a blast at bowling, and the girls had fun frolicking around outside with their babies today :-)
