Thursday

 Nice and quiet was this morning!  Big change from yesterday!  Big kids colored, drew and made apology letters to the bus driver.  We all read books at the bus stop.

Came back with wee ones and played outside early this morning.  Alexa and Lilly were my painters today and kept busy painting for a long while.  We swang, ran around, did the water table, and cleaned up the patio from the summer.  Alexa helped me to sweep up the patio (that was interesting.

Syd napped from 9-10:30ish  Ate half her dinner and some cut up mac n cheese and cantelope

Kids had mac n cheese, yogurts, and fruit with milk for lunch (big boys had pb and j)

Alexa had a huge pee diaper but no #2's from her or anyone else except my boys!

Wed

 I had my hands full this morning.  Boys were crazy kiddos this morning!  I'm happy to announce that now that it's after lunch they seem to have calmed down a bit.  Big boys wanted to wrestle all morning and ended with Bryce getting injured right before bus pick up!  Then after that, little boys were nuts and destroying everything and anything for a while.  Just one of those days.  Me and Alexa just look at them like "what is wrong with you?!"

We played outside super early this morning and stayed out for over an hour.  Luckily most of the destruction and messes were made outside.  Elliott grabbed and opened colored bubbles without asking and spilled them all over himself (so his shirt looks purple now), a few frisbies are now in the trash from boys hammering them to death.  Oh well!

The boys were also enjoying tackling each other on the parachutt.  So I was thinking of doing "school time" but then decided the kids were in no moods to listen and sit still.  So that's why were played and ran around outside!

Came in and went to play some more in the basement.  I did get the color wonder markers out and we colored and did stickers which held there attention for longer than 10 minutes! 

O had a huge poo, Alexa none so far and Elliott has stayed in big boy underwears all morning and is doing well going to the potty.  Alexa asked to go potty after lunch so I let her try but no go.

Elliott and Landon are upstairs playing in L's room until nap time and the 1 year olds are with me in the play room.

Everyone ate well for both meals.  Big boys had pb sandwiches with yogurt, pudding, and grapes.  Alexa had chicken nuggets, yogurt, fruit and milk. 

Alexa bumped her head today on the gate (right in the between her eyebrows)  it's still red a bit.  O fell off the couch.  Kobe has a huge scratch on his belly!  Ughhh can you tell it was a rowdy morning??  Nap time soon!  YEAH!

Tuesday

 Wonderful day!  Bus drop off went great!  Although this was the first Landon got sad to see his bro leave and kept asking when will he get to ride the bus.  Tristan and Landon were a bit lost for the first part of their day without their leader.  I let them veg a bit and watch batman and shortly after they were back to themselves and have been playing nicely ever since.  We played outside for over an hour early this morning with Syd napped.  She slept great this AM from 9-10:45!  Lil and Alexa played with foam soap and water table.  Everyone swang for a long while.  We sang songs and did the parachutt.

Came inside and played in the basement and read books.  Decided to have a week of no school time, just play play play since the preschools start back next week.  I'm hoping I get my new curriculum to start with the tots next week too! 

Oh and HOLY CRAP literally for Miss Alexa!  Wowza is all I can say!  When you said she was full of poo you weren't kidding!  Well she finally blew after lunch.  UMMMM it was everywhere and she came running up to me with a hand of poo crying "poopy yucky!  "messy"  It blew up the back of her diaper and luckily she was only running around in a diaper.  I took her to the bathroom and think I went through a half box of wipes :-) haha.  Poor thing is traumatized!  But all is good and then I asked her if she felt better, she said "yes!"  I would think so!

Lilly is exhausted and grumpy today.  I'm trying my hardest to keep her up till noon.

Syd is a piggy and is eating a ton of real food.  Oatmeal pancakes and banana for breakfast, Lunch was mac n cheese, fruit, and her oatmeal cereal mixture.  No bottle yet.

Alexa ate great too!  Cereal with fruit for breakfast and mac n cheese with yogurt and fruit for lunch.

Lilly had what Alexa had and Tristan ate a waffle and banana for breakfast and a pb jelly, grapes, and yogurt for lunch!

Wee ones are playing now and big boys up in the bedrooms playing legos.

Monday

 All boys today!  haha.  The kids loved waiting for the big bus at the end of the driveway today.  While waiting I took O and K for a wagon ride and L and E rode scooters up and down the driveway. 

Came inside and the boys put on a musical show for me (ouch to my ears, but they had fun).  Then Joshua joined us.

The boys all played a bit in the play room.  Then we piled into the minivan (everyone had a carseat) and I ran quickly to drop off books at the library's drop box and then stopped at a farmers stand for some pumpkins.  FYI Becky Baldwin E is going to be asking you to get him a pumpkin to decorate for the fair!  I do it every year with my boys, I would have got 2 for your boys too but didn't have enough cash on me.  So the wee ones keep pointing to the big orange things.  Registry for the fair is middle of next week I think.

Came home and played in the basement.  We did games (lucky ducky with color practice, and farm yard), did a huge floor puzzle with Elliott and Landon. 

Then we went outside for a good hour when the sun finally came out.  Got out the foam soap and hose and they had a blast in the swing set and sand box.  Most kiddos had to get changes.  E went on the potty great this morning until we went outside and then he had an accident.  I put a pull up on him after that since nap time is close by. 

Everyone ate lunch (Joshua not so much but drank a good bit), E and L had pb sandwiches, yogurts and fruit.  I tried french fries and chicken nuggets with J.

Now the 1 year olds are playing in the play room while E and L play legos upstairs.

Oh I'm so excited!  Just ordered my fall curriculum today for the toddlers!  http://www.funshineexpress.com// Never used this one before but I wanted to try something new and fun!  I got the one for 6-36 months because most of the kiddos I watch over 3 go to preschool.  I'm sure Elliott will still get a lot out of it and I can make things more advanced for him!  Can't wait to get it and get started!  Especially as the days get colder and for when it's raining and we can't get outside.

Thursday

 Well I held it together!  Bryce went off to school today and all the kiddos enjoyed watching for the bus to co
So I just had the 3 one year olds today!  Kyle took Jocelyn and Landon to the park/creek all morning and took their packed lunches.  He keeps sending me pics and they look like they are having a blast!

Me and the toddlers played outside most of the morning.  We painted with soap paints.  Alexa and Josh were covered in paint so their clothes are soaking now and they are running around in their diapers until nap.

We got out the water table, played in the sand box and Alexa and Kobe swang for a good bit.  Joshua hates that swing!  They are all 3 so sleepy and keep yawning but I'm trying to keep them up until noon. 

We sang our ABC;s and counted 1-10 a bazillion times while we swung today.  We also talked about the colors red, blue and yellow since those were the colors we had for paints. 

Mr. Joshua and Mr. Kobe have been fighting a lot today, good thing they will have 3 days of a break.  It's like WWF today trying to keep them off of each other.  When one gets a toy the other wants it.  Alexa keeps looking at them like "what is wrong with boys??"  haha Love it!

Alexa said something really funny today.  She brought me a play tool in the basement when we came in to play.  I forget what it was but it was funny how she pronounced it..... Oh I think it was a hammer.  And she said "HAM Mirror?" I think.

Joshua is a climbing fool today.  I think he was just being shy Tuesday because I have to watch him like a hawk today.  He even climbed up the water table and I was so scared he was going to fall and crack his head open.  As I type he is standing on the table right in front of me.

Alexa ate great today!  we had her favorite chicken nuggets and yogurt and fruit.  No poops yet from Josh or Alexa. 

Can't get Joshua to eat much again today.  So far fruit loops and milk are it.
